you spin me 'round
today, i bought spinning shoes.
yes, that makes me one of the serious spinners. not quite at the level of the bike shorts and tour de france jersey (and jesus better come at me with a big stick if i ever do), but i'm right below that. no more training wheels for matteo. i've got my neon blue and yellow shoes that just stick to the pedals all bys themselves. they are so ugly i suppose they would almost be fashionable, in that tragic japanese-obsession-with-pop-culture-and-punk-plaid-miniskirts sorta way. but i'm supposed to avoid walking around on them so as not to damage the cleat, so don't expect to see me at here with them on anytime soon.
before you know it, i'll have calves the size of watermelons. booyah!
